soma, toronto

road trip toronto included a visit to SOMA chocolatemaker.  i tell you, this is one sexy shop!
check it out

this would be a cool tattoo.
here is a look around the place

 duh

pretty heart shaped meringues

sacks of cacao beans.  they use mostly organic fair trade
its a micro-chocolate factory and you can view the workings thru glass

voted "best chocolate "  in Toronto Life and NOW magazine

ooops, i had an intoxicating drinking chocolate called mayan blend  containing ginger, madagascar vanilla, orange peel, chili and a blend of soma spices

cacao pods

see you on the dark side of the mug

hehe

  9. I want that same chocolate with ginger drink!! But - it's ANGELINA'S that's been voted the world's best hot chocolate. Damn - I'm just going to have to come over there and compare for myself!!! That place would've been illegal during prohibition...It's better than alcohol!
